Before embarking on tours of our homes with your clients, it is essential that they are registered with us to ensure you can take advantage of the full commissions as offered in the MLS.
By registering your clients, we can better understand your client relationship before they explore our communities, ultimately solidifying the cause of sale.
Registration Requirements
*Clients must be registered BEFORE touring our homes.
*You or your clients can easily self-register at the Model Home using our convenient QR code.
* Alternatively, you can register your clients by filling out the form on this page.
We understand that there may be instances where your clients tour our homes without you and then turn to you when they find their perfect match. Rest assured, as long as you have registered them before their tour, we will recognize that relationship as established, thereby confirming the cause of sale.
Please note that this registration policy does not impact any Buyer Agency agreements you may have in place with your clients.
This registration is valid for 90 days or until the buyer re-registers with another Agent. Rush Residential will not partake in any contradictory client registrations. The Agent identified by the Buyer will always take precedence over any previous registrations.
If you or your client fail to register you as their agent, Rush will only pay a $5,000 referral fee and not the full commissions. In such cases, we will consider the cause of sale to be attributed to our site agents or the buyers themselves.
Rush offers commissions solely on the Homes Base Price and not on Upgrades, Credits, Concessions, or lot premiums.
